The Project comprises 3 modules. Under the 1st module, the Consortium provides know-how, technology transfer, economic and market studies, technical studies, reports, audits, organizational process definition, implementation and transposition on IT platforms, etc., to support the enforcement of the legislative and regulatory framework for electronic communications and postal services in Romania. Under the 2nd module, the Consortium creates and carries out a public information campaign and shall ensure an effective mechanism of public consultation. Under the 3rd module, the Consortium provides a medium and long-term organizational development structure, as well as a comprehensive training framework for ANRC’s human resources (setting up and organizing training programs).

   With 714 man-days allocated out of a total of 2,539, "Sova, Ratiu & Partners" has a significant contribution. Our tasks include analyzing the existing legal framework, drafting primary and secondary legislation to develop a legal framework in compliance with the European telecom legislation, analyzing and improving the relations of ANRC with other public and private institutions.
