   Mr.Alin Drinceanu advises a broad spectrum of companies on a range of corporate M&A, audiovisual, advertising and telecommunications matters.
   Mr. Drinceanu has an extensive experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions. A list of his projects includes:
   - participating as legal adviser on the foreign investor’s side for the acquisition of Meva S.A. and Romvag S.A. (two of the largest Romanian freight wagons manufacturers);
   - participating as legal adviser on the buyer’s side for the acquisition of Radio Contact, Radio Uniplus and several publishing companies;
   As legal adviser for Amerom Television (Prima Tv) Mr. Drinceanu has gained regulatory, commercial and practical experience in many facets of broadcasting and media law.
   He has also practiced in the advertising area, representing some of the most important names in this field: Lowe&Partners, Initiative Media, Global Media and Grafitti BBDO.
   Mr. Drinceanu has acted as legal adviser for private companies and public authorities in the area of telecommunications. Activities performed include advising on the provision of relevant laws for implementing the acquis communitaire and drafting of secondary legislation.
