     Project carried on based on the Contract No. 29/2031 from 07/19/2002
         - The operation contemplated in the contract had the purpose of reviewing the draft emergency          ordinance on the organization and functioning of cooperatives in Romania in accordance with the          recommendations of the Legislative Council and of the Ministry for Small and Medium-sized          Enterprises and Cooperation, considering the proposals and comments obtained following the          consultations with cooperative organizations and also the remarks made during the consultations          with the European Commission.
