         - The operation contemplated in the contract was aimed at identifying and listing the permits /          authorizations / approvals / licenses etc. required for the establishment and operation of private          companies.

     Project carried on based on the Contract No. 31 from 09/23/2002
         - The operation contemplated in the contract referred to making a draft emergency ordinance on          modifying and completing the Law No. 133/1999 on stimulating private entrepreneurs to establish          and develop small and medium-sized enterprises, as amended and completed.
