   Ms. Ene has a broad expertise in the fields of Tax Law, Competition Law, Industrial Property Law, Telecommunications Law and Co-operatives Law.
   Ms. Ene acts as Consultant for the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises and Co-operatives regarding the draft of the Law governing the organization and existence of co-operative societies.
   Also, Ms. Ene was involved the project “Inventory of the authorisations in Romania”, requested by the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises and Co-operatives, regarding the present situation of the authorisations issued by the public authorities to the Romanian companies. Ms. Ene was invlved, following request of the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises, the project “Legislative guide for small and medium enterprises” regarding the legislative system applicable to the small and medium enterprises in certain fields.
   She coordinated the project „Overview of the legal framework of e--communications”, regarding the e-communications legal system applicable to the companies acting in this field and featured as consultant of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in the following programs:
   - establishing of the General Inspectorate of Communications and Information Technology,
   - drafting of the Law regarding the electronic signature and the relevant documents in this field of expertise,
   - Drafting of Government Emergency Ordinance regarding the electronic communications.
   Ms. Ene has a publishing activity as coordinator of the translation of the volume "UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts", Lumina Lex Publishing House, Author of the article “Main regulations of the liberalized market of the electronic communications”, Romanian Business Law Review, no. 2/2003, and no. 3/2003 and author of the article "The Agency Contract in the European Union", Commercial Law Magazine, no. 11/2001
